The Management Team

The primary management group is supported by a cast of additional professionals and support personnel that are on call as necessary. We try to maintain a lean operation to provide maximum flexibility as we grow.

John Folger-President

John has spent 35 years building companies in both the private and public sector. He has been the president of a public company and has been active in real estate, acquisitions and mergers.

Mark Wilson-Real Estate Advisor

Mark is a true real estate professional, as well as a non practicing CPA and attorney. His background includes the management of  5000 rental units. He is one of the premier local RE experts in Florida.

John Lux-Financial Advisor

John had his own stock trading operation on Wall Street for many years. He is a non practicing attorney and sits on the boards of other companies. He has financed other real estate ventures also.

Carter Hudgens-Network Coordinator

Carter is also a non practicing attorney. She is very active in the local real estate investment community and is terrific at finding opportunities in which to invest.
